Visual ID is now Guaranteed Irish

This is a recognition that means a great deal to a business that has been serving Irish retailers for nearly three decades.

Visual ID provides digital signage, in-store radio, printed POS, and social media management system to grocery stores, off-licences, and pharmacies across Ireland. Our customers are local businesses, a lot of them family-run, deeply rooted in the communities they serve. It felt important that as a business that supports them, could demonstrate the same commitment to the communities it serves.

What the mark recognises

Guaranteed Irish approval requires businesses to demonstrate genuine, sustained investment in Ireland - in people, in operations, and in the wider community - and to provide documented evidence of that commitment across a range of criteria. Our application covered employment practices, training and development, health and safety, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and our longer-term plans for Ireland.

Our roots in Ireland

Visual ID is operated by Startle Technologies Limited, an Irish-registered company with an office in the heart of Ireland at Kilbeggan Harbour, Co. Westmeath, and a team spanning Westmeath, Cork, and Dublin. Since becoming part of the wider Startle Group in 2024, our Irish operations have gone from strength to strength with new hires, a larger office, and a broader range of services now available to our retailers. We've been trading in Ireland for 28 years, and that foundation, combined with the backing of a growing group, puts us in a strong position for the years ahead.

Over that time, we've built relationships with some of Ireland's most recognised grocery and convenience brands, including SuperValu, Centra, Spar, Mace, Londis, and Daybreak. Our work helps their member retailers present themselves consistently, compliantly, and professionally across every store - regardless of size or location.
